How to download a reference set in “RF2 With Names” format. 

Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; Download a Reference Set.

Choose RF2 With Names from the Format dropdown list. 

 


Choose Snapshot or Delta from the Content dropdown list.  



 Choose the preferred language from the Language Reference Set dropdown list.  

 











If Delta is selected: choose a “From” version to produce the delta. The latest version is automatically selected as the “To” version.  

 Select the Include Metadata checkbox to download reference set metadata in a separate file (optional).  

 Press the Download button.  

File automatically downloads to user downloads folder. 

NOTES: 

  • Delta is not available for initial versions of a reference set. 
  • Only the selected reference set version is available for download. 
  • The download contents will be in the form of a zip file. 
  • The default Language option will be the Preferred Term in the Extension/Edition’s default language.   
  • Language Reference Sets will be appended in a tab-delimited fashion to the end of each row in the RF2 file.
