How to view artifacts for a reference set.

Prerequisite steps: Go to either Library (non-logged or logged in user) or to My Reference Sets in Dashboard (logged in users only);Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0.

Steps

References

Select an individual reference set to open the Reference Set Details page.

Select Artifacts from the Information dropdown list.

The artifacts modal is presented. It contains the Add New Artifact button and the artifacts table; each row of the table lists an individual artifact. The contents of the table are:

Name: File name

Type: File type

Uploaded By

Uploaded Date

Description

Download icon: Download the artifact.

Edit icon: An author may click the icon to edit or delete the artifact.

NOTE: Only authors may add new, edit, or delete artifacts.
