The Agendas for the Vancouver Business Meetings have now been published and available via the links below.
Please note that this years meetings have been split into a dedicated Managed Service Sub Group Meeting on Monday 15 October with the normal TUAG meeting on Wednesday 17 October being for one session only. Observers are welcome to both meetings as normal, however the agenda for Monday is dedicated to the Managed Service.
The agenda for our meetings in London has now been posted - 2018-04-09/11 - TUAG Business Meeting, and you'll see that it is a bit different from normal. We would like to spend the first, shorter session on the Monday, giving you a walk through what has changed in the SNOMED International tooling, with a focus on the authoring platform. The second session on Wednesday,12th April will have a focus initially on a hands-on walk through the refset & translation tool for those who are interested in seeing the current functionality or a refresher. We have also built in for a slot for Q&A to ask the SNOMED International team, or other attendees any questions around tooling and the management of SNOMED CT.
However, if you would like to see other/different topics on the agenda, please add suggestions in the comments section of the agenda. Could you also please confirm if you will be attending in person.
Thanks and safe travels for those heading into London.
Apologies for the short notice but due to the fact that we met recently in Bratislava and we do not have any significant updates to provide, we are cancelling todays meeting.
If you have any new items you would like to see on the Agenda for the next meeting please email them through.
As always if you have any urgent issues, queries or questions please contact Rory or myself directly in the meantime.
The agenda for our meeting Bratislava is available and be found here - 2017-10-17/18 - TUAG Business Meeting. We are meeting in two afternoon sessions, the first on the Tuesday and the second on the Wednesday.
If you are already preparing to travel, I also wanted to draw your attention to the Joint AG meeting which is taking place on the Monday morning after the business meeting has been 'opened. This is a session where all the advisory groups will be in one room to talk over a number of topics that could be of interest. I would recommend going to that session if you are able. The items currently up for discussion at the joint meeting are as follows:
- Resolving discrepancies between inactivations in external editions vs the International Edition
- "Negative Delta" file approach
- Modularisation of SNOMED CT
And for those unable to be there in person and dialling in, conference call details for the joint meeting are - https://snomed.zoom.us/j/535528933.
Safe travels for those travelling and see you next week.

if you haven't had the notification already, I've just posted the agenda for the meeting on Monday at 12h00 UTC, 2016-10-03 - October Meeting. Primarily we would like to talk about the NZ conference but also cover some other topics as well as some updates from IHTSDO.
We are happy to announce that the SNOMED CT Content Request Service (CRS) goes live tomorrow, 27th September. This new service replaces the previous SIRS system that was used to allow the community to submit requests for changes to existing content or new content. The new service provides tighter integration with our authoring platform, which will make the request process more efficient all round. It will also provide more flexibility for reporting based on user requirements. Thank you very much for those who have provided feedback during testing.
Some of you will have previously used SIRS, and you only need to use your current Confluence accounts to access the service, where you will find all of your data migrated from SIRS. In the same way that SIRS operated, the new service is not an open service as yet, and if you do not have yet have access to the service, please get in touch with email@example.com to enquire about getting an account.
The new service can be found here - http://snomed.org/crs.
A user guide can be found here - CRS User Guide.
There will be three webinars to provide an introduction to the new service at the following times (hopefully, there should be enough opportunities for attendance, recordings will be made available either way):
at 20h00 UTC
at 13h00 UTC
at 06h00 UTC

Hello everyone and apologies for the belated agenda update for our meeting next week. There are only two items, one which will be a follow up on the sub-groups discussion as there have not been many responses as of this morning. The second may be of interest and will be a demonstration of the SNOMED CT Content Request Service which will be replacing SIRS during September. Any further items, please add to the agenda, 2016-09-05 - September Meeting.
There are a number of absences for our next meeting on Monday, 1st August, and so I would like to propose a focused meeting to discuss the feedback on the Sub-group Proposals that you have all kindly provided. The meeting agenda is here, 2016-08-01 - August Meeting, and I would be grateful if you could tell me if you will be able to attend or add any further suggestions for the agenda.
I have also noticed that the calendar invites have got out of sync somehow, so I apologise in advance for the incoming calendar spam whilst I delete the current invites and recreate the new 'valid' invite this morning.
As was discussed in our last meeting, 2016-07-04 - July Meeting, we are looking are restructuring how the AG is run to make the best us of everyone's time. We have created a page where we ware looking for your feedback and suggestions - Sub-group Proposals.
Please have a look and provide any feedback by the end of this week, Friday 15th July.
The July meeting for the Advisory Group is on Monday, 4th July at 12h00 UTC. The GoToMeeting link is https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/436022381 and the agenda has been posted here - 2016-07-04 - July Meeting.
Please can you have a look and add any agenda items.
Hi everyone, our group monthly meeting is on Monday at 12h00 UTC, details can be seen on the 2016-06-06 - June Meeting agenda page. Please could you have a look and any further items you would like to discuss as well as have some thoughts on the agenda item where we will be looking to gather some thoughts from the group on new tooling that is being implemented this year.
Have a good weekend and speak on Monday.
A short reminder that today's meeting is cancelled due to the proximity to the April business meeting and the public holiday in a number of countries. The next regular meeting will be on Monday 6th June.
