New version of CRS

To welcome in the new year, we will be deploying a new version of the Content Request Service, v1.1.11, on .

This new version has been developed based upon feedback provided by all users.

For more information on the release, please read the release note which can be found here - January 2017 Release Notes.

This means that CRS will be down for maintenance on  between 09:00UTC and 12:00UTC.

Work on the content for the January 2017 release is now complete.
This means that all of your requests for changes that currently have a status of 'ready for release' in the CRS system will be available in the January 2017 release.  These requests will shortly have their status changed to 'completed' which this will generate an email to inform you of the change for each of your requests.
Work for the content of the July 2017 release is about to begin, and therefore, any CRS request that has a status changed to 'ready for release' from today, onwards will be available in the July 2017 release.
If you have any further questions, pleace contact info@ihtsdo.org.

We are happy to announce that the SNOMED CT Content Request Service (CRS) goes live tomorrow, 27th September. This new service replaces the previous SIRS system that was used to allow the community to submit requests for changes to existing content or new content. The new service provides tighter integration with our authoring platform, which will make the request process more efficient all round. It will also provide more flexibility for reporting based on user requirements. Thank you very much for those who have provided feedback during testing.

Some of you will have previously used SIRS, and you only need to use your current Confluence accounts to access the service, where you will find all of your data migrated from SIRS. In the same way that SIRS operated, the new service is not an open service as yet, and if you do not have yet have access to the service, please get in touch with techsupport@ihtsdo.org to enquire about getting an account.

The new service can be found here - http://snomed.org/crs.

A user guide can be found here - CRS User Guide.

There will be three webinars to provide an introduction to the new service at the following times (hopefully, there should be enough opportunities for attendance, recordings will be made available either way):

 at 20h00 UTC

 at 13h00 UTC

 at 06h00 UTC
