Australian project is cardiovascular focussed, collecting data in SNOMED format and transmitting in FHIR. Projects will develop Valuesets which can be reused. Current Phenotype coverage at 35 - 40% (pre-coordinated) rising to 80 - 85% when post-coordinating. |

The section on the Terminology Services Track is a little thin, but an accurate summary and some of the other tracks may be of interest to the SNOMED Community (e.g. International Patient Summary).
