About this release
This is a patched feature release for Managed Service building on AP 4.1.0 scheduled feature release changes for volume authoring using templates for concept transformation, prioritised QI support, and prioritised Managed Service support, including Drools Rules updates. AP 4.1.1 aggregates these with a refinement of the user interface for Managed Service to constrain editing of axioms within extensions (Description Logic editing support for Managed Service is planned for a subsequent release later in 2019).
