This is an expedited update to resolve traceability logging issues leading to concept inactivations not showing up in the review panel.
There is a known issue regarding large batch saves with over 100 concepts per batch, which are timing out due to the current performance issues. The workaround until this can be resolved is to use a maximum of 50 concepts per batch, which avoids the time-out problem.
These release notes also highlight recent updates to RVF validation report assertions for both International and Managed Service (deployed in RVF Version 1.4.6 on 17 September 2018).
