How are Projects created?

The project names etc. need to be documented for inclusion into the New Authoring Tool. Once the Authoring Tool goes live (Dec 7, 20150) requests for adding projects should be submitted through a Freshdesk request with assignment to TechSupport. Please ensure the your request includes the project name and description as well as a desired project key. Project names can only be 80 characters long and Project Keys have a limit of 10 characters. You do not need to specify which Authors will be assigned as all Authors will have access to all projects. You can find a 2016 project list here Authoring Projects - 2016.

WHAT IS A PROJECT?
