RESOLUTION:  Alpha plan and confirmed agreement of the relevant parties to perform alpha testing before we proceed past the initiation gateway. Format should be in RF2 format in order to prevent additional cost of testing at Alpha stage.  However also need Human Readable for certain clinical users. Potential to fund Alpha/Beta testing (already approved by IHTSDO as confirmed by RTU), so that it's worth the while of larger organisations.  Also worth considering publicising their involvement in order to provide incentive for them to help out.
