- The subject of record is formally represented in the SNOMED CT concept model by the concept 410604004 | Subject of record| . This is the default value of the 408732007 | Subject relationship context| attribute that indicates a finding or procedure relates directly to the subject of the record rather than to another person such as a family member or disease contact.
- Usually the subject or record is also the subject of care.
