The primary function of the Saved List is to save concepts for use within the task. From the Saved List an author can:

View the definition status of a saved concept: The disc icon to the left of the concept name (FSN) indicates the definition status as Fully Defined or Primitive.

Edit a Concept From the Saved List: The concept name (FSN) in the Saved List is an active link. Simply press the name link to load the concept into the edit panel.

Open a saved concept in the Taxonomy View: Press the View in Taxonomy button to open the saved concept within the Taxonomy panel.

Add Concept to Project Favorites list: Press the Add to Project Favorites button  to save a concept for use in another task within the same project. The concept entry will be added to the Project Favorites list.

Clone a Concept from the Saved List:  Press the Clone this Concept button  to create a new concept with duplicated descriptions and relationships in the Edit panel (note that the FSN and terms of the clone should be modified before saving to avoid save validation duplicate term warnings).

Remove a Concept From the Saved List: Press the Remove from Saved List button to remove the concept from the list.

The Project Favorites list is presented below the task Saved List once concepts are added to the Project Favorites. This allows saved concepts to be made available for use in other tasks within the same project. This list is automatically available to any task within the same project. Note that editing the Project Favorites in any task updates it for all other tasks within the project (updates will be seen as soon as the task view is opened or refreshed). From the Project Favorites an author can:

Edit a Concept From the Project Favorites: Same as the Saved List - press the name link to load the concept into the edit panel.

Open a saved concept in the Taxonomy View: Same as the Saved List - press the View in Taxonomy button to open the saved concept within the Taxonomy panel.

Clone a Concept from the Project Favorites: Same as the Saved List - press the Clone this Concept button to create a new duplicate concept in the edit panel.

Remove a Concept From the Project Favorites: Press the Remove from Project Favorites button to remove the concept from the list (this does not remove the concept from the Saved List if also in that list).
