StepsReference

When desired, a user can submit a task for review by selecting the Submit for Review button from the task info pane or left navigation.

A notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the review has been submitted  .

From the Author's My Tasks Dashboard the task will be changed, under to In Review

Note: the task will be also be added to Review Tasks, with a status of Available:

  1. Review tasks can only be seen by users with review permissions
  2. A user will not see a task they submitted for review under Review Tasks

From the Reviewers' Task Dashboard the task will be displayed as having a Review Status of Available.

Note: this is different than its' Task Status and pertains to the review only.

StepsReference

To begin reviewing a task, a user selects the name of any task with a review status of 'Available' from the Review Tasks page. Selecting the task name will change the review status to 'Claimed' and opens the Review view.

The initial view contains a list of concepts that have been intentionally modified, approved, as well as concepts that have inferred changes.

  • Approved Concepts List: If you review a concept but do not wish to provide feedback, you can select   to move the concept to the Approved Reviewed List.
  • Grouping: In addition to table sorting you can also group concepts to display them together. To do this select multiple concepts and select the  button and the concepts will group below the first concept in the group.

  • Display The Details Of Concepts: To display details of a concept in Edit panel, you can select   to populate it into the Edit panel. This will load below the feedback report. If a single concept is selected it will load in the taxonomy by default.

Re-assign a Review to another Reviewer

StepsReference
The Review and Feedback header shows the Task Reviewer. Initially this is whoever claimed the review task when it was first made available for review. The task reviewer can be subsequently changed by the task author if needed (for example to continue a review when the original claimant is no longer available). To do this press the pencil icon next to the Task Reviewer name.

Task Reviewer changes to an editable text box containing the currently assigned reviewer name.

Overtype the current reviewer name to obtain a selection list of matches via type-ahead searching of characters as they are entered (the match text is anywhere in the name).

Choose a name from the list.

Task Reviewer now shows the newly assigned reviewer name. At this point the review has been re-assigned and the original reviewer will no longer see the task in their Review Tasks list; it will however, now be available to the newly assigned reviewer in their Review Tasks list, as if they had claimed the original review.

titleReassigned review content

Note that re-assigning a reviewer does not change any previously entered feedback - this is still available for review in the usual way. Any further comments will show the name of the new reviewer.

It is also possible to switch back to the original reviewer, by repeating the process, typing their name (or part of) and selecting their name from the available reviewers list.

This feature also facilitates "round-robin" reviewing, where a number of reviewers can be asked for their feedback in turn, with each one being sequentially assigned as the reviewer by the task author.
