New features/improvements
* Deletion of an unpublished concept: WRP-2364.
* Review: Concepts can be opened in review with one click: WRP-2951
* Classification: Indicate empty classification report in notification: WRP-2859
* Validation: Concept editors can be opened in validation report (for viewing) WRP-2195
* Validation: Affected components are marked in validation report (nice to show), description IDs are included WRP-2875
* Concepts can be dragged from taxonomy. This is the fasted way to add a proximal primitive parent to a concept (no ticket for this, just a useful feature to show)

* Filter for project is working, but cases cannot be loaded (WRP-1733)
* Whitelist function is not completed (WRP-2244)
* New bug: Taxonomy for primitive concept shows PT instead of FSN, WRP-2970
* New bug: Cloned concept template cannot be modified, WRP-2969
* Inactivation of concepts with 50+: The tab should NOT be closed or refreshed during inactivation, you will be redirected to the edit screen once the inactivation is completed. It is possible to open other tabs to do work there, WRP-2913
