Purpose
The Substances Hierarchy Project aims to deliver a plan to update to substances content and provide a robust concept model for substance representation.
Scope
The scope of the project is to
Provide a re-design of Substances hierarchy and document a review of previous SNOMED CT substances work.
- Provide a strategy and a project plan for the implementation of the re-designed hierarchy.
- Implement the re-designed hierarchy on content.
- Write SNOMED CT Editorial Guidelines on the Substances hierarchy.
