Additional Notes
This is an expedited patch release for the SCT Browser running against the Snowstorm terminology server (in read-only) mode as the Public SNOMED CT Browser, to fix ECL search results pagination issues. It also carries an update to the SNOMED CT Release Statistics UI to align with a Reporting Platform change in the RP 1.13.0 release (the change is in deployment configuration so no functional change tickets, just an incremented build version number).
