- The level of granularity is different between eNCPT and SNOMED CT and concepts require re-review by relevant groups (International NCP, Classification, NCPRO Committee) before moving forward.
- The eNCPT synonym exists as a separate concept in SNOMED CT.
- Further work is needed to move these forward and the various groups involved will be charged with providing input to this end.

| D. Pertel | Feedback from professionals in individual countries. Review of literature. | - Understanding the two concepts is challenging based on the little information present. The current synonyms of the concepts do not appear semantically consistent.
- Researching which is used in C-CDA was recommended and will be pursued.
- Review of the potential concepts to define the procedure in SNOMED CT should be undertaken and considered as part of the decision.
- Possible child concepts should also be envisioned, and possibly submitted, when thinking about the definition.
- Current literature shows extensive use of the the two concepts to mean the same thing; however, additional research showing a distinction is welcome.
- Only a small amount of feedback from professionals was obtained, so if individuals are still hoping to gather additional information, please do so before the next call. Potentials questions for this information gathering are in the agenda.
