Delete Map and All Map Versions

To delete a map and all versions of the map, please follow these steps.

1. Login to Snap2Snomed and go to your list of maps
2. In this view, click on the Image Addedicon to the right of the column
   Clicking this will display a warning requiring you to confirm that you wish to delete the map and all associated version
   
   
3. Following confirmation, your map will be deleted, and thus removed

Delete Map Version

To delete a specific version of a map, please follow these steps:

1. Login to Snap2Snomed and go to your list of maps
   
   
2. Select and enter the version of the map you wish to delete
   
   
3. In Open the map by clicking on the 'View map' button: 
   Image RemovedEdit the map by clicking on window, click on the button to edit the map
   
   
4. You will see the button to delete the map version at the bottom of the 'Edit ' button:

5. Click the 'Tasks' button

   and delete all Author and Review tasks, by clicking on the 'Delete task' red circle (as shown below).

   For each task being deleted, click 'OK' to confirm the task deletion.

6. Under 'Project roles' change the role of the "S2S System Access" user to "Owner"

7. Change the role of all other users to "None"

This will remove the map from the map list for all users, and identify the map for deletion.

2. Now, a warning will be displayed requiring you to confirm that you wish to delete the map version.
   
   
3. Click confirm. This will delete the specific version of your map while retaining all other versions.
