SO NOW MAKES SENSE, BUT WE NEED A NEW STEP ADDING INTO THE MS PROCESS TO ASK FOR CONFIRMATION FROM THE MS USERS AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THEY'VE ADDED/UPDATED NEW MODULES IN THE CURRENT CYCLE, SO THAT WE CAN 

a)  Ensure that the Summary Component Stats report (which was wrong for ages because of this) is run with the correct config, including ALL relevant extension modules,

b)  Expect the new modules + all related content to come through in the RF2 files, and add the relevant metadata in without wasting time working out what they've done!
