460 240 inactivated records added, as expected as confirmed by Donna via email at 1420:15 35 on 26 Mar 20 Aug 2020due to a couple hundred removed as normal in the May 2019 - October 2019 various additional work being done (23 records added as a result of a request from the Netherlands in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CtNOWw_Vi1ijKHeffeiKt_KKW3jArSmYw2aKBv_K6PY/edit#gid=0 + 11 records added due to inactivations noted by Rick https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19jByGkNoNFi67ynvDL46wtYxphedsVjMh7sV9n1kt6k/edit#gid=1367777342) on top of the usual changes in the October 2019 - April 2020 months (inclusive) in the spreadsheet:

They were identified by Elze De Groot (Netherlands) as part of a translation exercise. As they were prior to October 2017 SI had decided to leave them. But after discussion Donna/Monica agreed to remove them from the map records and will complete in line with the Jan 2020 International Release.= completed 18th October 20191430027220

RICK confirmed that the reason that the inactivation totals from the spreadsheets don't quite match up with the Delta file records is because many of the records set for inactivation in the sheets had actually already been inactivated in the 20200131 release!
