    Yongsheng Gao I can only see the substance replacement slot in the model. Is the disease replacement slot missing?

    Hi Michael Chu, I am not sure how to capture description pattern. It could be [disease] = [morphology] of [body structure]. However, many of these are represented as single word of x-itis , e.g. 1824008|Allergic gastritis (disorder)|  rather than "inflammation of stomach". I would appreciate any ideas to represent the term pattern.

    I assume that you captured logical model differences between old template and new v2 template are:

    1. "due to = allergic reaction" has been inactivated in the new template
    2. "pathologic process = allergic process" is not part of role group (however, some of them have been grouped) 
    3. "causative agent = X substance" is not part of role group (however, some of them have been grouped)

    We might need to create more than one template for the existing content to capture different modelings. Then, all of them can be transformed into the same new template.
