These issues, outside the scope of the current set of deliverables, have been discussed previously. Some are very narrowly focused (e.g. serotypes), limited to a very few concepts of uncertain significance (e.g. x-like organisms) or represent policy that would affect the entire organism hierarchy (e.g. Name changes and tracking). For the most part, no satisfactory solutions emerged during discussions among participants in the project group.
