  1. I intend to move forward with the analysis for IHTSDO-1095, but it occurs to me that the related OIDM deliverable might be better handled as a series of fasttrack projects.  At this time I can imagine several separate projects.  To some extent, the complexity and actual tasks in 1095 will be influenced by the 1003 work.  I'm suggesting the following (separate) projects:
    1. Review the non-Linnaean bacterial classes (phenotypic classes exclusive of antimicrobial resistance classes and exclusive of CDC classes). For factual accuracy mostly. I'm certain there are a very few duplicate concepts and a few subtype errors.
    2. Review and correct Linnaean classes that are ONLY subtypes of non-Linnaean classes (they are not correctly intercalated into the Linnaean hierarchy). See attached document.
    3. Review of the Linnaean classes currently assigned as subtypes of these non-Linnaean classes. Number of subtype errors is unknown, but I believe they are rare.
    4. Review subtypes of "antimicrobial resistant (and susceptible) bacteria."  There are a few subtype errors, mostly based on incorrect subtyping of the antimicrobial. (e.g. cephalosporin resistant X should be subtype of beta-lactam resistant X).
