I am nearly finished with IHTSDO-455 (Organism Life-cycle stages).  It will be completed in time for inclusion in the July 2018 edition of SNOMED CT.   I'd like to offer you an opportunity to review the final product.  I'm also soliciting your input concerning the next projects I should create (making progress on our previously published deliverables).   Please see the meeting page of this project group site for April 2018.  Over the next few days I'll be posting spreadsheets that have recorded the changes to that page.  I have tentatively scheduled the meeting for our usual date (4th Tuesday) and usual time 20:00 UTC.  Please let me know if this date and time can be adjusted to maximize attendance.

  2. Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the meeting. I am on annual leave the last two weeks of April.

    Thanks,

    Xavier,

Please remember as you imagine "new proposals" (which I DO encourage) that our resources are limited to exactly one consultant terminologist (me) to complete IHTSDO's project planning steps and exactly one editor (me) to complete approved projects.  (smile)

I recognize that a number of large scale improvements are needed in the organism hierarchy, but we have our list of deliverables and our resources are quite small compared our needs.

  4. Hi Jeff,

Can you share a slide or two or present this at the Pathology and Lab Medicine CRG group face to face meeting as well?

    Cheers

    Debbie.

      Deborah,

I will have to prepare something.  I fully recognize that I a bit of outreach to that group is in order.  I guess I'm wondering if you mean slides about the current work, the future direction, perhaps the sordid history (smile)...    Could you contact me directly so we can 'chat' about what you'd like to see?  My email is jwilcke@vt.edu.  We could also test the theory that I'm actually able to set up a Zoom meeting, but I would need your email address and am not finding it here on Confluence.

      1. Hi Jeff, tried to mail you but it bounced back.
My mail address is Deborah.Drake@nhs.net would a zoom tomorrow work for you?
Alternatively I am in London from Sunday evening.

        Ta
        Debbie.

I cannot tell that my email message went through to you.  SO, I'll stay with this mode until we sort out the email issue.

I can "ZOOM" at 8:00 AM EDT (12:00 PM UTC).  Does that work for you?

          1. Hey there. Unfortunately my new device is locked down due to wannacry,
If you can dial into Tuesday or Wednesday that could work,

As we are talking about the CRG role this can happen more than once in the agendas,

Deborah, Sorry to hear about wannacry. I’ll stay with this space.

I’m up... I have not located info for Zoom connection to PaLM.

              1. Here you go if you can join tomorrow, or we can catch up after the London meetings next week
