Arrangements for Governance of the IHTSDO and SNOMED CT are set out in the IHTSDO Articles of Association. These are available to download. 

Updates to these Articles of Association endorsed by the General Assembly are made from time to time. The latest version can be accessed below in the Information Sheet section.

Schedule 1, 2 and 3 are parts of the Articles of Association and extracted versions are also available to download from version 12.0.
