IHTSDO Membership

IHTSDO is a strong Member-owned and Member-driven organization, and we welcome new Members. 

Members can be either an agency of a national government or another body, such as a corporation or regional government agency, that has been endorsed by an appropriate national government authority in the country it represents. 

Organizations that use SNOMED CT or develop software of services using SNOMED CT require an Affiliate License. IHTSDO does not charge for Affiliate Licensing or for use of SNOMED CT in Member countries. However, charges do apply to use SNOMED CT in Non Member Territories.
