The translation of 70918005 |Myeloid hyperplasia of bone marrow (disorder)| and 167927007 |Bone marrow myeloid hyperplasia (finding)| rendered identical translation into Norwegian: myeloid hyperplasi i beinmarg. Apart from different semantic tags in the same hierarchy, the differences between two FSNs were merely syntactic.
